Pricing questions
What counts as a vendor or customer?
Each vendor or customer record in your QuickBooks or Xero file counts once, however often it is rescreened. Inactive records you have archived do not count.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Screening keeps running. We email you and move you to the next plan from your next bill.
How does founder pricing work?
The first 50 paying customers get 30% off their plan for as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. If you cancel, you can export your screening log and certificates before the account closes.
How does accountant pricing work?
Firms pay per client file connected, with every Growth feature on each file and one dashboard across them. Talk to us if you manage more than 50 files.
